1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking cargo shipments with Three Line Logistic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, which govern our customs clearance, freight forwarding, and storage operations.

2. Customs Compliance & Disclosures

Shippers are solely responsible for providing truthful, accurate declarations of commodities, weights, values, and duty exemptions. Three Line Logistic relies on shipper disclosures to file Bayan declarations and is not liable for border delays or confiscation resulting from misdeclared goods.

3. Shipping Liabilities & Insurance

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, transit liabilities are governed by standard regional freight transport regulations and international maritime conventions. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive cargo insurance for high-value machinery, hazardous chemicals, and fragile shipments.

4. Governing Law

These terms, along with all freight shipping contracts, are governed by the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman. Any legal disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through Omani commercial arbitration courts.
